This webinar is focused upon teaching participants how to create and develop e-learning resources using Windows Video Editor for special educational needs pupils in the primary school classroom.

Participants will be able to complete the following:

Identify the tools and features of Windows Video Editor used for creating e-learning resources
Identify how to import images and sound to the Project Library
Create a storyboard by adding various images and sound
Develop an e-learning video which is supported by U.D.L. principles
