Developing children’s resilience is now more vital than ever, as children face increasing challenges to their mental health. We need to equip children with the skills they need to flourish and thrive, despite these many difficulties and obstacles.

The field of Positive Psychology, which is the science of well-being, can offer us many approaches and ideas for nurturing children’s resilience, through a combination of support and skills.

This webinar will share insights and research on resilience, as well as 8 practical resilience skills, a number of which will be explored in detail.

Participants will;

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of resilience
  2. Understand the protective factors which influence the development of resilience in children
  3. Gain an understanding of several resilience skills
