1. Subscription Period and Pricing

The following subscription plan is available for access from January-June 2026. Please note that this is an Introductory Offer.

• Introductory Access: January 1st, 2026 – June 30th, 2026 – €100 per school (identified by School Roll Number)

2. Content and Access

Video content is aimed at Special Needs Assistants (SNAs) at both Primary and Post Primary levels. Initially, all content will be uncategorized, though the system is designed to support categories if the pilot is successful. Videos will be hosted via Vimeo Pro and accessed securely through the platform.

Schools with an active subscription (based on school roll number) will be able to access the videos. All school staff with an active subscription School Roll Number recorded in their DWESC System Profile will be granted access to the video platform.

3. Subscription Activation

Activation is from the date of subscription payment within the time frame detailed above. There is currently no automatic renewal, but this may be introduced in future versions of the service.

4. Certification

No certification will be provided. 

5. Content Licensing and Use

All content is licensed for personal educational use only. Redistribution, public sharing, downloading, or display outside the platform is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Modifications and Future Development

This is a pilot program with an introductory subscription offer. Planned features, including content categorization, recurring subscriptions, and expanded access options, may be introduced if the pilot proves successful.
